-
Search Engine Submission
- Seowda will submit a client's new website to the major search engines as part of the design commission. If a client wishes Seowda to promote a web site as a separate commission, Seowda will make every reasonable effort to promote the website effectively but cannot guarantee high placings in search engine results.
- Seowda will not accept any responsibility or liability if any search engine, directory or other web site, submitted to as part of a web site promotion commission, chooses not to list a client's web site.
-
Publishing
- Seowda will initially place the client's website on one of Seowda's own servers during the construction of the web site so that the client may view and comment upon the website's design progress. When both Seowda and the client are in agreement that the website meets the set criteria, Seowda will invoice the client for the full amount due for the commission. On receipt of payment and full ftp details, Seowda will upload the website onto the client's server.
-
Order Cancellation
- If at any point during the creation of the website a client wishes to cancel, they may do so but will be invoiced an amount that Seowda deem to be proportional to the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.
- If, during the creation of the website, the client does not supply the content necessary to complete the site within a reasonable amount of time, Seowda will consider that the client wishes to cancel the commission.
-
Payment
- Seowda will expect payment by cheque, credit card or cash within 14 days of the date on the invoice.
- Any payment returned by the bank or credit card company will incur a €50 administration charge. This will be invoiced and will be added to the total outstanding debt owed by the customer.
-
Web Site Maintenance
- Seowda does not undertake to maintain or update a client's website as part of the design commission.
- If a client wishes to maintain or update a web site after it's completion, then Seowda will negotiate a maintenance contract with the client appropriate to the amount of work required.
